We come from 30 years of construction and property development. Solar deserves the same care as the building underneath it: structural checks first, supervised installation, and work we stand behind.
Your system must be switched on by TNB before the deadline, and the national quota can close earlier. Budget 2027 did not announce an extension.
Extended in Budget 2027 until 31 December 2030. Find out whether solar or battery storage for your own premises can qualify.

Green tax incentives extended to 2030, a bigger push on the grid, and what homeowners and businesses should note from the Budget tabled on 9 October 2026.

Budget 2027 extends investment tax allowances of up to 100% for green technology until 31 December 2030. Here is how it works for a business installing solar for its own use.

Who qualifies, how the rebate is calculated, and the deadline that matters most.
Homes: solar works best when your TNB bill is around RM300 a month or more, because that's when you're paying the higher tariff blocks that solar replaces. A well-sized system typically cuts a home's bill by 40% to 70%, and more if someone is home during the day. Send us your last three TNB bills and we'll give you a realistic estimate, not a best-case number.
Businesses: we study your last 12 months of TNB bills to understand your load profile and maximum demand. That tells us the right system size, and whether adding a Battery Energy Storage System (BESS) would increase your savings.
Every system is quoted case by case, because no two roofs or electricity bills are the same. Your price depends on the system size we recommend from your usage, your roof type and structure, the panels and inverter used, and whether you add a battery.
A battery raises the upfront cost but can increase your savings or give you backup power, so we'll show you both options where it makes sense. After a free assessment, you'll get an itemised proposal so you can see exactly what you're paying for.
Most landed homes and commercial roofs are. Orientation, shading and roof condition matter, which is why we inspect before we design. If the roof needs repairs first, we'll tell you.
Once your installation date is confirmed, installation takes 1–2 days on site, depending on system size.
Authority approvals, TNB meter installation and commissioning take longer: about 3–4 weeks for most homes, and up to 3 months for commercial and industrial systems, depending on size and complexity. We handle the paperwork and keep you updated at every stage.
Yes. Panels keep generating from diffuse light on cloudy days, just at lower output, and our savings estimates are based on Malaysia's year-round weather, so cloudy and rainy days are already accounted for.
We use tier-1 bifacial panels, which also capture light reflected onto their rear side. The extra yield depends on how they're mounted: modest on pitched home roofs, and higher on light-coloured metal or flat commercial roofs where panels sit further from the surface.
Not necessarily. It depends on how and when you use electricity, and we'll advise you based on your bills.
Homes: a battery stores surplus daytime solar so you can use it at night, and can keep essentials running during a power outage. Because unused export credits don't carry over under Solar ATAP, storing your own power can increase savings for some households. If a battery doesn't pay off for you yet, we can make your system battery-ready so you can add one later.
Businesses: a Battery Energy Storage System (BESS) can be used for peak shaving: releasing stored energy during your highest-demand periods to lower your maximum demand (MD) charges, which can be a significant part of a commercial electricity bill. See how battery storage works.
Panels: manufacturer product and performance warranties of up to 25–30 years, depending on the model.
Inverters: manufacturer warranty of up to 10 years.
Installation: our own 5-year workmanship warranty.
Every installation includes 3 scheduled inspection and panel-cleaning visits, plus performance monitoring so we can spot and fix issues early.
